We currently do not have any girls for sale, but anticipate having 3-4 heifers and/or cows available after our 2025 calving season.
If you are seriously looking into a Dexter, please reach out to us via the contact section at the bottom of this page so that we can have a conversation about what you are looking for.
Our entire herd is PHA or Chondro negative. Other genetic specifics can be found in each animal's description.
Deposits are $250 and are non refundable.
We look at every buyer's situation as a unique setup, and try our best to help match buyers to herd members that could be a great fit. We prefer to sell cattle in pairs as a minimum, unless you already have a herd of your own. We are willing to sell individual herd members but ask for details on your setup to ensure they will be happy and content in their new home!
Steers are $750 for under 1 year and $1,250 for over 1 year. We do not include pictures of steer in this section, but if you are interested in purchasing your own to grow out, please contact us!
Our next set of steers for sale will be determined after our 2025 calving season in October/November. We anticipate having 2-3 steers available.

Gil is a gentle boy with a wonderful friendly temperament. He was our first Dexter purchased, and we have enjoyed several rounds of beautiful calves from him. We have since introduced a new bull line into our herd, but for some reason we can't seem to let him go! If you are interested in purchasing or renting him for your girls, please reach out to us! We are open to all situations for him.

Ely is our big buffalo (not really but he does look like one) boy. He has great depth and we are excited to see that carry through on our steers.
Ms. Bailee is not only a staple in the herd, but is also our milking cow, and currently the sole member of our milking program.
Daisy was born from Lady Roos in the fall of 2024. She is our first milking cow in training to be sold. The Lady Roos line is one of our favorites - Thick and beefy, retains conditioning well, and a high milk volume. Lady Roos' calf from last year (Coco) is currently a milking cow for Jackie over at Krusin' The Sierra Farm. We highly recommend taking a look at Jackie's videos (Click on Daisy's photo to be taken to Jackie's Youtube channel)! Coco was a bit of a wildcard, but Jackie was willing to take the leap and train her from a pasture cow into a milking cow with great success, all having never owned a cow before!
We are not taking reservations on Daisy currently, but do plan to sell her once we have fully trained her and have obtained a heifer of our own of hers to keep (did we mention we love this genetic line!?).
